Hi Edgardo,

You need to do a lot of training drills. In our Training Secrets Revealed DVD we show you a vast array of footwork drills that you can do to improve your footwork.

It however doesn't come without a lot of training.  Take a look at our lesson on the Footwork Basics.  These will show you the movement that you need.
