i wanna ask how to work hard in improving my footwork can u let me know some drills about it?

Hi Mahima,

The best thing to do is practice your footwork drills using a variety of drills.

We have some drills under our Free Downloads page.  On there you will see a link to Training Drills.  You can choose some simple drills to start with.  Start with some of the 2 ball drills and then progress to some of the 3 and 4 ball drills.

Do the drills as set drills so you know where each ball is coming.  This will help you to get the footwork movement correct.  Repetitive practice is the key here.
