Coach, when i forehand they will block my forehand so i want you to teach me how to stand by to reply the ball.

Hi Muhamad,

If they block your forehand, look at being balanced enough to make the next forehand topspin. ย Being balanced will help you greatly with this. ย A lot of players try too hard with their strokes so they will throw themselves off balance with their stroke and not be ready for the next one.
