first i want to thank you for great lessons and advices, i know it wasn't easy but you did an amazing thing! and now the difficult part...i'm a beginner , i love table tennis and i don't want to play ping pong just for fun...i want to train and practice but i fail because i don't know how and what to train...what should i do to be an overall good player? i know is a hard question but i hope you can help me! thanks pingskills!

The most important thing is regular practice.
Then make sure you structure your training sessions so that you are gaining skills easy session.

The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.
