Grip on handle

Hello sir , I wanted to ask you that should we apply a badminton handle cover grip on our blade's handle?  Is it very helpful? Or it can create problems.

Hi Yash,

Very few players use a grip.  However if it feels right for you then use it.  There is no real reason why you shouldn’t use one.
