how to hold a bat

my PE teacher says hold a bat in astupid way but its uncomfortable. how do you hold a bat propely

Take a look at this Lesson on Get a Grip which is on our Lessons page.  It will show you how to hold the bat correctly.

Then let me know if the PE teacher was right or not.
