Coach, I lost a very important match against my colleague because I can't properly return a no-spin serve. Usually, I return it high and then he will just smash the ball with ease. How do you effectively return or attack a no-spin ball?

Hi JM,
The best way to return a no spin serve is to flick it. Pushing it can be difficult because the ball will easily go high. The flick allows you to come over the ball. Take a look at the lesson on the flick if you haven't already watched it.
Of course if the ball only bounces once on the tabl you should topspin the return.
