Hi PingSkills

I just want to know how much training frequency in one week? Because from now on I'll practice 6 times in one week and the duration is 1 hour each day.

But I afraid that it's too over and will make my condition bad.

Please share your thought

Thank you ^^

Hi Frendy,

The amount of practice is personal but if you are practising 1 hour a day for 6 days it should be a good amount to be able to improve your level.

Fast Pushing

Pushing short is a great option but you need variation in your game. When you push the ball long you want to make sure it is fast to try and get your opponent's out of position. Watch this video for some tips on how to play the fast long push with heaps of backspin.

I see

But there's a lot of people that say it's too much and will make my condition bad

What do you think about it? And how to make me feel untired even I pratice a lot of time?

You need to monitor that yourself.  It is hard to say what is good for you personally.

We trained 6 hours a day at one stage and 5 or 6 days a week.
