Hi,

I want to ask you how i train before competition?

How to make my routine before my match and how to prepare mentaly for match

Hi Dai,

As you get closer to match day think more about your serve and return of serve skills.  Also think about the first attack ball.

With regard to your mental preparation think about refining your pre point routine.  This can be developed in your training and utilised in your training as often as possible before you tackle the competition.
