Mental Preparation
Hi alois and jeff..
Before going for tournament match there is always a nervousness in me...are there any tips to calm down and focus so that i play my natural game?
Hi Shubham,
The main thing is you attitude towards the matches. Think about learning as much as you can and playing your best weather than the end results. Think about each point you are playing and that you can do to play it well.
Monitor your emotional levels during the matches and during the day as well. Staying calm is ideal, at a level that will allow you to play at your best.
