Here is my idea of practicing strokes in ping pong. I know that I'm not doing it right yet. I'm listening to your videos on pingskills to learn doing it properly. To fix this(returnboard) I didn't need much money so maybe this idea would be helpful for others to practice alone.

I enjoy very much Your advice on pingskills. Thank You. so much.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for this simple idea.  It is a good way to hit some balls and get control if you don't have a partner.

Some others have put rubber on the board as well to get the return more lifelike.

I used to hit the ball against the wall for hours when I was young which I think helped with my coordination and control of the ball.

#38 - Backhand 3rd Ball Attack

The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.
