Hi Alois,in 2 days i have school tournament and i know that i am going to feel really nervous and i am going to start giving free points to my rival,so can you tell me how you beat nervousness!

Hi Andrej,

The firs thing is to realise that you will get a little nervous which you have done.  When you do  start to feel those feelings in a match take a few seconds, take a nice long deep breath and then think about what you need to do for the next point.

You also need to think that the person on the other end of the table is probably feeling exactly like you are.  Everyone now and then take a look up at their face to see if you can see them starting to get a bit nervous too.
