Strokes
Hi, we have a table tennis table at our school, and the first time i tried i played with the penhold grip, im now stuck to it and love it, but are there really any techniques you can do with penhold grip that you cant do with the shakehand grip. I've watched your videos and are now one of the best players in my class, so thanks!
Hi Dara,
The penhold grip is easier for using your wrist on serves and some short balls as well. Β Stay with it, you will be able to reach a high level using the penhold grip as many players have.
Topspin-to-topspin rallies are fast, dynamic, and can be the key to winning more points! ππ₯ Learning how to control these exchanges will help you stay on the attack and put pressure on your opponent.
