Hi Jakob,

Keep working on all of your strokes.  YOu nee to work on the slow and short strokes just as much as your smashing.  The short and slow strokes will help you to get the right ball to be bale to use your smashes.

Being as good as Waldner is many Table Tennis players' dream... including mine...

Hey!, if you want to know what you need to do to move onto the next level, then I suggest looking at the following website:-

http://tabletennis.about.com/od/beginnersguide/a/playing_levels.htm

This website tells you 10 things that each person who is wondering on what level they are or what you need to do to improve your level from one to another. This website splits levels of play into 3 catagories, these are: beginner, intermediate and advanced.

So you can use this website as a check list, to see what you need to do to improve onto the next level!!!.

This website also mentions about physical fitness levels, in order to improve that, you will need to get fitter by doing some cardiovascular (anaerobic/areobic exercise) exercise.

If you need anymore information about how to keep fit and healthy, then I suggest you to check out the following website:-

http://www.videojug.com/
