Yes the training plans are very specific. We cover a single 2 hour session each week. If you train more than this you can easily repeat the session or use a previous session.
In the video covering the training session we take you step by step through each exercise and how it should be performed. Along with the training session we provide a master class lesson covering a topic that is related to that week's training plan.
