Problem in judgement of ball properly

HI

M Ubaid and i have just started the tabel tennis .i m trying so hard to learn it my own self because there is no coach available on my side who can guide me properly now i have got all the videos lectures 4rm pingskills ..nd working hard my self ,, the problem i m facing iz to not judge the ball properly after 5 or 10 shorts .Plz guide me how can i improve dis weakness? nd how many hours i should practice this game in a day

i wan 2learn it in two months nd wan to represent my city team

Hi Ubaid,

Often the problem comes when you lose your concentration a little after a few shots.

For the whole session focus on watching the ball.  At the end of this session you will be amazed at how much better you see the ball.

Also set yourself some targets as to how many strokes you put on the table without a mistake.  Try for 20 then 50 then 100 and so on.  This will help your concentration.
