Hi! These are the steps i have put together from all the things i know about how to loop and smash. Tell me if i have missed out anything. 1.start with racket at 6 o'clock .2. Contact in 90 to 80 degrees and at 3 o'clock. 3.finish verticaly at 12 o'clock.

This is a little difficult to follow.

If you follow the simple steps that we have in our lessons on the start and finish positions you won't go too far wrong. 

It is easy to over complicate the game.  We really encourage players to keep things as simple as they possibly can to get the best results.

Oh, I know what you mean!!!

Yeah, that's basically it, but I don't know if THAT much wind up is necessary, unless you want a Chinese FH loop. Also, some people go past the shoulder and finish at 1 o'clock-ish, like Ma Long. Some don't though. I think I do a little bit, but I never really paid much attention to it. It's still all about personal preference. See what works best for you.
