Strokes
Hey,
I have a problem with returning fast attacks.
I don't really have a problem returning if the opponents attacks to where I expect or prepare to return.
But sometimes I just can't get to those unexpected attacks.
Should I just watch the ball closely and react, or is it possible to 'predict' or anticipate where the ball will go?
Thanks.
Hi Johnny,
The key is definitely watching the ball closely. If you try to predict where they are hitting you will start making some bad decisions.
