Hi John,

This is the hardest of the reverse pendulum serves to master.

One of the keys is to hit the ball at the end of your bat.

If you break it down, your bat needs to be moving in a downwards motion and be quite flat when it is hitting the ball.  For this you need to really lift your wrist up so that the bat gets into this position.

Try taking the bat out of your hand, and think about trying to touch the ends of your fingers to your wrist.  That is the sort of position you need.

Keep working on it, it is really hard one to get but rewarding when you do get it.
