like if somone is hooting and you wana control ball better which technique will be the best

To develop control, work on getting as many balls as you can on the table without a mistake.  This is the simplest and most effective method of learning control.

Aim for 20, then 50 then 100 and so on.

The two things I stress are hitting the ball, straight and softly to develop control.
