Serving
Hi,
how do you do a topspin sidespin pendulum serve or a backspin sidespin serve without changing the motion of the swing? Also, how do you increase or decrease the amount topspin, sidespin and backspin when doing each of the serve (the topspin and sidespin for the topspin sidespin serve and the backspin and sidespin on the backspin sidespin serve). Thanks!
Hi Hao,
You can change the spin by hitting the ball at different points of your swing. The bat is moving down and then up with the Pendulum swing so if you hit it when the bat is going down, it will have backspin and if you hit it when the bat is moving up, you will get topspin. We cover this in great detail in our Serving Secrets lessons for our Premium members.
