Hi Alois,

I'm finding it difficult to return, many times in a match when a ball suddenly flashes to my backhand side, while I'm playing a forehand rally...how to correct this?

Hi Gautham,

Try to be more balanced when playing your strokes.  Remember each ball an come anywhere on the table.  So after each shot think about being balanced so that you an cover either side.  Often when we get into a forehand rally, we return to the forehand side and we hope and expect the ball to come there.

This is something that you an practice in your training session.  Get your training partner to block the ball anywhere to you and you hit the ball back to one position.  This will help you to get a better feel for your balance in this situation.
