Discussion
Hi Alois,
We have made some progress with our application to get a Table Tennis Facility in Whitehorse. We have been sent an email at very short notice asking us for input into their Indoor Sports Facility Feasibility Study.
As we would like it to include Table Tennis it is important to get as many Table Tennis players to complete the Whitehorse Council's online survey at:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WhitehorseIndoorSportsFacilityFeasibilityStudy
The survey will need to be done as soon as possible as it closes on Monday March 26th.
Would it be possible to post this for anyone interested to complete the survey.
Thanks
Neville Young
Hi Neville,
Hope you get good take up of the survey.
Please help out if you can.
The second building block of table tennis is linking your strokes with set patterns. This step focuses on transitioning smoothly between strokes, as playing from a single position is very different from reacting after a previous shot.
At this stage, improving your footwork is essential to ensure you can consistently get into the correct position. By mastering this building block, you’ll develop better coordination, rhythm, and adaptability, allowing you to handle more dynamic gameplay with confidence.
To develop building block 2 you can utilise the following modules:

Hi Alois,
The Eastern Suburbs and Churches Table Tennis Association has for many years been seeking the construction of a dedicated Table Tennis Centre in the Whitehorse municipality.
Recently we received news that this is going to happen, with a Table Tennis Centre to be constructed in Box Hill. It appears that the centre will be built on land that was once part of the old Box Hill brick works site.
At one stage in the past I may have asked for your help in answering a survey on Table Tennis.
The Whitehorse Council is seeking more information on the new Draft Indoor Sports Facility Feasibility Study.
I am again asking for the assistance of the Table Tennis Community by giving feedback on the study.
It would assist our cause to have as many people as possible give their feedback of the merits of having a dedicated Table Tennis Venue.
The feedback should only take about 5 min to answer. Please take the time to click on the link below and do the survey.
The more people we have respond, the better for Table Tennis in the Eastern Suburbs.

The feedback link is at the bottom of the page.
