Hi coach, How are you today?
So I have another Q today. I am v.good in the forehand but unfortunately not that good in the backhand because i think that I think that my hand is not moving fast enough, my question is how to speed it up? I mean do we have to improve some muscles? or it depends on other things?

Thank you :)

Hi Karmel,

It is probably more due to tension and not allowing your bat and stroke to flow through.  When we tighten up the muscles don't worry in the correct order.  So it is probably not due to needing to build up muscle but more about relaxation of those muscles.
