I've seen the video topspin forehand, and this is my question is it better to move the left foot  ahead or move the right foot behind to have the good position?  Thanks!

Hi Martinand,

This will depend on where the ball is.  If the ball is slightly shorter, move your left foot forward.  If you are finding the ball is coming fast you can move back a little with your right foot to give yourself more time.
