Hello and congratulations on your excellent work.
I have a question for you:

I've been playing table tennis for only 2 months, what teaching path should I follow?
For example, "Strokes and Techniques" video series then "Serving and Receiving" video series then "52 Week Training Plan" etc ..

Thank you

Hi Tommaso,

I am glad you are finding the site useful.

Take a look at our section on Beginner Building Blocks of Table Tennis. I think this will start to give you an idea of a good approach to learning the game.

I hope this will help you to start with.

#9 - Forehand Attacking Technique

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
