Training
i usually see senior players at my club warming up just before they start playing. i was wondering what effect does it make and if u can guide us with some exercises we should do ? it would be great if u can make a video response to this :)
Hi Samad,
They main thing about warm up exercises is to get the blood flow going and to prevent injuries. It can also help with getting you better focused for the session.
In our DVD Training Secrets Revealed we have a comprehensive section on Warm Ups where we show you a whole routine of warm up exercises you can do before your session or match.
What should you do when you get forced back from the table? Should you just close your eyes and try and smash the ball back? Should you lob the ball back and try and stay in the point? This week in our master class we discuss your options and when to use the lob, chop or counter attack.
