What weight training is necessary for table tennis? I heard people say weight training is necessary for table tennis like Xu Xin? What is it?

That is a big question.
The use of weights can help you to increase strength and therefore power with your strokes. I think that the legs are the biggest areas to improve with weights.
It is best to go and see someone specifically to help you with a program tailored to yourself.
If you look at all of the top players yo will see the power they possess in their legs to generate fast movement and also to generate power through their strokes.
You get plenty of opportunity to practice serving with spin in this week's training plan. We change the normal routine slightly by not having a dedicated serving time at the end of the session. Instead we focus on and practice the serve through most of the exercises. This is an important part of Table Tennis so put a lot of effort into this session.
