How can I return a ball in extreme forehand and then the next ball in deep backhand?

Hi Vineet,

The key is to improve your footwork.  It is important to maintain your balance through these strokes.  You need to use your sidestepping action to reach the forehand wide ball.  If you can do this then you will have a better chance of being balanced and pushing back for the next ball.

Balance is all important in Table Tennis.  If you are playing a stroke from a balanced position then you will be able to move anywhere for the next ball.

You should also consider where you hit the ball that has come wide to your forehand.  If you can play it across court and wide then it will be more difficult for your opponent to get you wide on the backhand on the next ball.

The easiest way is to push it back.  To do this you need to have your bat tilted right back.
