hi alois

i'am having trouble in synchronizing my foot and my strokes .infact i am really have problem with footwork.  i saw some tips and watched some videos on youtube about footwork exercises but i dont know how to  start my exercises.  could u please tell me how to start?

Hi Mike,

Start the rally with a flat serve and get the rhythm going.  Get your training partner to hit the ball one to your forehand side and the next to your backhand side.  Then you can hit the ball, use your sidestepping footwork and move to the other side and hit the next ball.   I think an easy one to start with is to hit both of these balls with a forehand.
