Hi Alois and Pingskills

i want to know if the footwork of the chinese players is product of the time of training or an especific excersice??? wich are this excesices??

Hi Cristh,

Take a look at the lessons on Footwork Basics to start with.  The best players are basically using both their legs to jump sideways. Try to do this and see how it goes.

Then once you get the movement to get as good as the Chinese you need to build up your leg strength and train 6 hours a day for a long time!
