Hello Alois how are you going. My question is this how do you improve your footwork with training drills. Also any tips on better movements around the court. Can I do these drills at home too. My footwork and movement have become sloppy and very bad.

Any thoughts or tip master Alois? Keep up the good and thanks for all your help work cheers Justin.
