I am not able to bend myself for the game.  When I try to do so l have pain in my legs how can I improve my situation..

Hi Atul,

Movement and footwork will improve with training.  You can do some set drills first to increase the amount of movement you are doing.  This will increase the strength in your legs.  Do this over many months and you will notice a difference.

To make sure you have your legs bent, you can do things like putting something above your head while hitting.  Get a friend to hold a long stick slightly above your head and you will notice when your legs are straightening.
