Hi, l want to ask how to make training plan and how to make it very useful and how to help me improve my game without coach.

I have 16 years and equal levels of table tennis. I think it is fairly good. My problem is that I live in a small governorate and there is no club that provides me with exercise and travel tournaments. I train in a place outside and participate in tournaments in my name as a free player and I do not find an opportunity I play with many players of my age and this problem does not make me progress in the championships.

How to play my own style and how to improve it?

What do you advise me to do and I want to be a professional table tennis player.

thanks

Hi Dai,

The main thing is to focus on something that you are wanting to improve.  Think about your games and what happens in them.  Then think what is it about those games that I would like to get better.

From that you can start to tailor your training to what is needed to improve.

If you have someone that you are able to train with, try to organise practice regularly so that you can develop a wide variety of skills.

Not being in a structured setting will allow you to develop your own style which I think is a good thing. Try to work on the basics of the game and then develop what you can yourself.

For our Premium members we have the 52 Week Training Plan which steps your through some training with weekly plans to develop your game from controlling the ball to being ready for a tournament.
