Some really good ideas demonstrated here and, as always,  presented with excellent clarity and enthusiasm - will come in useful when coaching my beginners in school - many thanks!

Hi Peter,

That is great.  We are thinking about school teachers here as well so glad it is on the mark.

Hi Alois,

I started playing table tennis using penhold grip and i feel comfortable holding the racket that way, but i feel my control is limited. How to develop my control with such grip? or should i train my control using shakehand grip instead?

As per usual easy to follow guide, some excellent stuff here on developing control.
