Hello.

I'm a player that lacks of speed and have a poor footwork( but not that much).

Can you help me increase my speed and improve my footwork?

Hi Rhandell,

The best thing tis to make sure you have the correct movement first.  Take a look at our lesson on the Basic Stance and Footwork Basics.  Then do the movements repetitively.  Practise plenty of Footwork drills like the ones we explain in our Free Download of Training Drills.

It will take 6 months of trying to get the feeling right and faster to be able to use it in a match well.
